Configuración territorial y complejos turísticos en el noreste de Brasil

The northeast region of Brazil presents characteristics a new tourist and real estate dynamic, where the different hotel chains, resorts, condominiums second houses occupy more than three thousand kilometers coastline. As evidence this spread, presence residential complexes with transnational capital is attested, corresponding to business model based on occupation hundreds hectares. Based case studies, social conditions territorial fragmentation are analyzed constitution urban fabric, evolution land prices sociodemographic inhabitants. It argued that State, through public policies, supports development these projects generating space, exclusion as well deficiencies in supplies.
